Retirees and Survivors: As you know, every other year you are required to file an annual affidavit with the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees' Retirement System. Affidavits were mailed on July 12, 2016 and are due back on August 31, 2016.

In March 2016, Michelle Shinnick was hired as Retirement Analyst, replacing David Sullivan. Many of you already know Michelle as she has been with MassHousing for over the past 28 years in multiple positions starting in single family and then most recently working as a SR. Subsidy Analyst in Rental Management working on the 13 A and 236 programs. Michelle has worked for the Retirement System in a small role since 2002.
